Yoga school "Dipika"

Yoga school "Dipika" was opened - 5 of November 1999.

The name of the school - "Dipika" (sanscrit) - mean that what brings the light, as in India 'dipa' is the light for altar ceremony. Dipika is also the name, which Natalya Dubinina - the founder and director of the school get though the initiation in India.

From 1999 till 2004 teaching in the school was leaded by two professional teachers - son and mother - Sergey Dubinin and Natalya Dubinina, who lived in India, Tibet and Nepal and get there the education.

In 2005 Sergey foundhis own school - "Tantra-Yoga" - and starting from 2005 he work separately.

Today teaching is leaded by Natalya Dubinina and yoga-teachers- Natalya's disciples. 
The school offer lessons on base of Indian classic yoga with elements from tibetan-, china- and dao-yoga. Except regular lessons - yoga-asana, yoga-breathing and yoga-philosophy - the school offer special courses - yoga-nutrition, pranayama, meditation, mudras, sex though yoga, kriya-yoga, satipatthana vipassana, etc.

Regulary the school organize retrits outside the city.

Every week - Saturdays - the school organize lessons for every body wishing to get more information about yoga.

The school work without holydays starting from 5 a.m. till 11 p.m.

There is the small nice ayervedic cafe in the school and massage room (ayervedic and classic massage).
