Meditation is a state you can achieve training mind in concentration. Science of meditation was worked out in India to help people to maintain and train mind, develop it and give it a relaxation. Science of meditation gives the mind all necessary conditions favourable for displaying its highest potential - the ability to improve yourself. In this aspect yoga suppose special training in order to come into contact with purifying and good vibrations.

The goal of any meditation practice is to acquire spiritual knowledge which would be higher than intellect. Due to meditation you are able to change yourself completely, to achieve peace of mind and that gives possibility to penetrate deeper into the problems and solve them.
